LINC'S Mini WORLD
A Bit of HISTORY

Let me tell you about "CHOP-m-STIX"tm
"CHOP-m-STIX"tm are SHAPED POLYMER Sticks (sometimes called canes - although most CANES are USUALLY ROUND) which can be sliced with a single edge razor blade, or if you're really brave - a "tissue blade" - INTO EXACT DUPLICATE SHAPED SLICES!!!!! Then the slices (between 40-120 per stick - depending on the shape) can be rebaked, painted, placed on, added to, built-in, etc. to whatever your Polymer Clay, Miniature, Egg Decorating, Bead, or misc Hobby, etc., Project might be...
It all started about 10 years ago, when while working with some 1/12th scale miniatures - I wanted to make a cookie sheet with GingerBread Boy cookies - and there seemed to be NO GOOD WAY to have them look like they at least came from the same family! WELL! - THERE IS NOW A GOOD WAY! - "CHOP-m-STIX"tm! I developed the process and tools and dies I now use to produce the "STIX", & am proud to have a product that is hand made in the U.S.A. I now have some 100+ different shapes of "CHOP-m-STIX"tm (and let's not go into the "product mix" - "fun" of having the color of each - that each person wants!).

I started selling the sticks thru the "Miniature Show" circuit - BUT - I'm a little older now (trust me - it happens) - and my EXCITEMENT at DRAGGING those HEAVY SHOW CASES around the country side - has LOST "SOME" (let's not kid each other - "A LOT") of it's initial "msaisuhtne" (that's ENTHUSIASM - backwards). So - here we go on our web-venture adventure...... We anticipate having our web store completely operating soon (with any luck at all). Until then - we hope you enjoy our initial (albeit small) efforts, and stop back again to check our progress. In the interim - we will be glad to respond to any questions - via email. Just Click on the Mail Box below.

SITE NOTE: On this page, (and any future pages) - you will see a penny in many of the scans or photos. There are a few reasons... (First things First - but not necessarily in that order) 1. After all - the penny is a "LINColn". 2. The date will tell you when the graphic was created. 3. Hopefully the "LINColn" will give you a reasonably good sense of size & scale for the sticks/slices. & 4. The "LINColn's" motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" is completely important to ANY and ALL of our efforts.

Thanks for stopping by - and we hope you will stay a while, LK around, & return often. We're just starting.... LINC

INTERNATIONAL NOTE: The coins used on this site for size comparisons are USA pennies - also called a 1 cent piece. Their approximate diameter measurement is
19 mm or 3/4 inch. Thanks to Helen from York(UK) for reminding me that my international customers wouldn't necessarily know the size of a US penny(cent).
In addition - all prices listed are US dollars.
